MSZ 2500 is essential if there is a need to weld cm 200 and beyond. We can supply a bridge-like structure that can be secured and fixed on any support or table. This welding unit is composed of the following parts:

• supporting structure to be placed and fixed on a table or on any other support;
• upper sealing bar, that moves by means of 3 cylinders activated by compressed air (compressor not supplied). This bar holds the welding element..
• lower bar, fixed position. If the bars are meant to make an impulse seal, there is an element on this bar as well as on the upper one. If the bars weld by hot wire cut, the lower bar does not carry elements.
• feeder box, including a transformer to reduce tension on bars , timers for setting welding time and cool-off time; on request, it can include contacts for connection to an automatic activation command, and an electronic temperature regulation for the resistances.
