ELECTRONIC PERFORATOR FOR DRAW-TAPE BAGS

Electro-pneumatic device used to produce a continuous perforation of a 40-mm diameter on the film, from where the tape is drawn to close the bag. Perforator driven by a pneumatic system and provided with an electro-valve and a photocell for detecting the printing mark (needed to centre the perforation on the bag). The device also includes a suction system for collecting the scraps produced and an unwinder with guides for tape fitting inside the top folded lip.

Device complete with structure and film passage rollers, pneumatic installation and electric control board with programming system.

Electronic perforator to be located in the rear section of the machine right after the unwinding unit.

Vertical structure with lateral cut, lip folder and longitudinal sealing device is required (optional).

Voltage: 230 Volt / 50 Hz (different Voltage upon request).

Delivery: Ex-Works Italy.
