Main features are:

• extruder, ø screw 35 mm, L/D=30, 20 Kw power AC motor, inverter driven;
• extrusion head with a die "zipper type";
• adjustable height motorised draw roller, rubber coated;
• water cooled tank for the zipper closure, complete with close-circuit chiller unit and water pump;
• zipper coupling rollers, rubber coated;
• thermoregulation and control board for the extrusion line.
• wide range of dies (also customised dies).
• Double station motorised rewinder complete with zipper tension control system is optional.

Voltage: 400 Volt / 50 Hz (different Voltage upon request).

Delivery: Ex-Works Italy.
